Parent/Guardian/Other: In order for us to speak with a parent, the student must complete a Proxy Authorization, via their mySUNYOrange Banner Self Service AND a FERPA Record Release with the Registrar’s Office. If a Proxy Authorization and/or FERPA Record Release is not completed, we can only provide basic, general financial aid information. We will not be able to provide specific account information.
